SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication. Receiving apparatus comprises a control circuit which, during operation, decides to map a second reference signal in a physical downlink shared channel in a second system based on information which enables to map a first reference signal in a first system to be identified, and a receiving circuit which, during operation, receives a second reference signal based on a decision on which a comparison is made, wherein the first reference signal is a cell-specific reference signal, and the first system is an LTE system, wherein the second reference signal is a demodulation reference signal, and the second system is a new radio access technology system, in case the position of at least one reference signal from the plurality of second reference signals changes, control circuit changes the position of the remaining reference signal based on the position of said at least one reference signal.

EFFECT: providing simultaneous data exchange in different signal communication systems during joint operation in the same frequency band with sharing of dynamic spectrum (DSS) to prevent overlapping of signals of said different signal communication systems.
