SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for milk supply. In milk supply device (1), which supplies milk (7) by means of steam jet (9) coming from steam nozzle (2), based on Venturi effect, proposed by means of appropriate direction of mixing hole (4) and, if necessary, by means of deflecting surface (46) to direct milk jet (8) captured by steam jet (9) tangentially to steam jet (9) to ensure unobstructed transportation of milk jet (8) even at very low flow velocities of milk jet (8). For this purpose, even before connection of milk jet (8) with steam jet (9), milk jet (8) flows in direction (51) of steam jet (9).
EFFECT: invention objective consists in creation of milk supply device or corresponding method providing possibility of stable supply even at limited flow rates.
