SUBSTANCE: milk foaming device has at least one hollow space, a steam inlet channel for introduction of steam into the hollow space, a milk inlet channel for introduction of milk into the hollow space, an air inlet channel for introduction of air into the hollow space and an outlet channel for outlet of milk foam from the milk foaming device; each of the corresponding channels is directly or indirectly connected to the hollow space. Provided for is introduction of steam into the steam inlet channel to provide for flow of milk and air into the hollow space and for mixing of the said milk, air and steam for formation of a milk-air-steam mixture and for further dispensing of the milk-air-steam mixture into the outlet channel; the sweetening agent is provided for in the milk foaming device area through which the milk-air-steam mixture flows. The sweetening agent is solid.

EFFECT: high characteristics of the sweetening agent mixing with the mixture without the sweetener leakage from the outlet nozzle for blending with the mixture.
