SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aqua vending devices intended for operation at negative ambient temperatures, besides, to such devices, which are connected to a water supply network, and drinking water is obtained by appropriate treatment of tap water. Thermostat of the aqua vending apparatus includes housing 1 of an aqua vending apparatus, ultraviolet sterilizer 2, housing 3 of the sterilizer, in which ultraviolet sterilizer 2 is installed for sterilization and heating of drinking water temporarily located in sterilizer housing 3, wherein sterilizer housing 3 is installed in housing 1 of aqua vending apparatus in its lower part and is hydraulically connected by means of pump 4 to filling chamber 5 installed inside housing 1 of aqua vending apparatus and on front wall of this housing 1. Desired thermostat of the aqua vending apparatus comprises thermal insulation of housing 1 of the aqua vending apparatus and fan electric heater 6 for heating air inside housing 1 of the aqua vending apparatus. In addition, sterilizer housing 3 is made of metal without thermal insulation of this metal and is installed with formation of air vents around it for possibility of its circular blowing, and fan electric heater 6 is made with possibility of its control by feedback signals from temperature sensor 11 installed in housing 1 of aqua vending apparatus above housing 3 of sterilizer. Wherein the desired thermostat comprises hollow window sill 12 installed on the front wall of housing 1 of the aqua vending apparatus and outside this housing 1, as well as flat electric heater 13, so that this window sill 12 is geometrically conjugated with filling chamber 5 for the possibility of horizontal movement of the water buyer's container filled with water from filling chamber 5 to window sill 12. In the cavity of window sill 12, flat electric heater 13 is installed, which is fixed on the inner surface of upper wall 14 of window sill 12, which is made without heat insulation, while side wall 15 and bottom 16 of window sill 12 are thermally insulated.
EFFECT: in the movement of warm air flows from the window sill inside the housing of the aqua vending apparatus, an ejector (jet pump) effect is created, which intensifies and regulates the circular movement of air around the sterilizer housing, which increases the output of thermal energy of the water contained in the sterilizer housing to the inner space of the housing of the aqua vending apparatus.
