SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wellbore servicing fluid, which is an oil-in-water emulsion, which can be used as a drilling fluid in a wellbore servicing method. Wellbore servicing fluid, which is an oil-in-water emulsion, contains an aqueous fluid, oil in amount of 1 to 40 vol.% of total volume of well servicing fluid and as an emulsifier and corrosion inhibitor and/or shale in amount of 0.5 to 10 pounds per barrel, a compound of the following structure:

EFFECT: increased stability of emulsion, reduced dilution and volume of wastes, reduced water loss and/or leaching of salts during drilling through underground formations, such as salt domes.
