FIELD: ceramic materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of ceramic materials, mainly to compositions of mixtures for making bricks. Ceramic mixture for making bricks, including low-melting clay, mineral additive and pore-forming component, at that, as a mineral additive it contains aluminium-containing wastes with aluminium oxide content of more than 90%, formed during destruction of energy-saturated materials with specific surface area of 4,700–5,000 cm2/g, and as a pore-forming component it contains finely ground scrap autoclave aerated concrete with grain size less than 1 mm with the following ratio of components, wt.%: low-melting clay 60–70, said aluminium-containing waste 20–25, finely ground scrap autoclave aerated concrete 10–15.
EFFECT: high water absorption by weight and frost resistance while maintaining strength characteristics.
