FIELD: packing and storage.

SUBSTANCE: folding box for pizza packaging relates to transport packaging. Box (1) is made of folded blank (A) formed by folding and gluing into flat shape of box (1) and is formed from upright surfaces in vertical position. Box (1) is made in the form of a prism with bases (2, 3), parallel to side panels (4, 4'), and its other two parallel sides are rectangular flaps (5). Box (1) is formed by folding up side panels (4, 4 'of rectangular shape along folding lines (2.1, 2.2, 3.1, 3.2), by straightening flaps (9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4), which extend to side panels (4, 4'), and folding up of rectangular parts of flaps (5) along folding lines (2.3) so that it is brought into vertical position to diamond-shaped bases (2, 3). Folding up side panels (4, 4 '), rhomboid partitions (6, 7) are also straightened, they are pulled inside box (1) relative to outer edges of the hole for filling. On flap (5), the long side of which is folding line (5.1), there is cutting line (5.2), into which flap (8) is inserted, made in the middle of two other parallel sides of base (3) along folding line (8.3), with providing sealing of box (1). After six pizza slices and a whole pizza are placed in the box and closed, carrying handle (10) is inserted into box (1) so that parts (10.3) are inserted between rectangular parts of flap (5) and flaps (9.2), (9.4), parts (10.2) are laid on side panels (4, 4'), and part (10.1) is located diagonally on the surface of base (3). Application contains an embodiment of box (1), which is a folded blank (A1).

EFFECT: providing transport package for packing of pizza pieces obtained by cutting round pizza into six pieces, ensuring that the pieces do not stick to the package or other pieces of pizza, which at the same time retains its shape when the hot pizza pieces are packed; quickly and easily formed, filled and transported and stored in a flat form.
