SELF-FOLDING BOX WITH A PIZZA PACKAGING STAND AND A TOOL TO FORM A BOX Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC B65D5/20 

FIELD: storage and transportation.

SUBSTANCE: self-folding box with a pizza packaging stand and a tool to form a box comprises box (A) with bottom (1) of the box and box lid (2), at the same time, on basis (1.1) of bottom (1) of the box there is stand (4) for two slices of a quarter of pizza. Sides (1.2, 2.2), auxiliary sides (1.8, 2.8) and opposite side (1.5, 2.5) are made around base (1.1, 2.1) both lower part (1) and cover (2) of box (A). Sides (1.1, 2.1) and auxiliary sides (1.8, 2.8) are interconnected and fixed with tabs (1.3) entering slots (1.10). Opposite side (1.5, 2.5) is fixed in slot (1.7) on basis (1.1, 2.1) with the help of reed (1.6). Support (4) consists of two pads (3), for one slice of a quarter of the pizza, that are superimposed on each other so that tabs (3.3, 3.4, 3.6) of sides (3.2) of top liner (3) are covered from the outside of side (3.2) (3), and trapezoidal reeds (3.5) of lower liner (3) enter holes (3.7) of upper liner (3). Auxiliary tab (3.9) of lower auxiliary stand (3.8) closes upper auxiliary support (3.8) from the outside. Lining (3) for two slices of a quarter of the pizza is formed by bending the manually deployed workpiece (F) formed from the cardboard along fold lines (3.21, 3.81, 3.91). Formation of box (A), i.e. both lower part (1) and its lid (2) is executed in the same tool (9) containing tool holder (9.1) on which tool base (9.2) is fixed with sides (9.3, 9.4, 9.5, 9.6 ) to form a box. An embodiment of the invention relating to box (A1) is also provided.

EFFECT: self-folding box with a pizza packaging stand is offered.
