FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used for arrangement of flat reinforcement frames in horizontally oriented monolithic and prefabricated monolithic formations of buildings and structures. Device for fixation of reinforcing bars is made in the form of box-like element containing four vertical walls, stiffening rib and folded base with parallel folds. Grooves of greater depth are made in two opposite walls parallel to the folds of the base, and grooves of smaller depth are made in two other walls. Stiffening rib is made vertical and has a slot in its middle part. Rib connects walls with grooves of smaller depth. In the base there are two holes arranged symmetrically relative to the rib. Reinforcing bars are arranged in said grooves. Through holes in the base, the lower and upper rods are fixed to the base of the device.

EFFECT: providing process reliability of installation of a flat reinforcement frame in horizontally oriented monolithic and prefabricated monolithic formations of buildings and structures.
