FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in construction of residential, public and administrative buildings and structures, as well as in their restoration or reconstruction. Collar for production of a composite one-piece frame of a building is made composite one-piece in the form of spatial bodies with a composite lower widen composite part and a monolithic narrowed relative to the lower upper part in the form of extended polyhedron with cross section mainly in form of a rectangle or trapezoid with formation in combination with the composite part of a single carrier profile with local broadenings in the form of protrusions located along the collar on one side with a step corresponding to the step of the voids supported on the collar of floor panels, moreover, the protrusions are made long in the directions of the axes of the voids, have length of at least 1.3 times the thickness of the respective panels, and are located in the bearing and supporting areas of the voids of the panels, on the other side of the collar, the protrusions are arranged with a pitch of connecting elements of the national team of the lower broadened component of the collar, have width which is 0.68 times the thickness of the respective panels, length of 0.568÷0.795 thickness corresponding panels. While the composite lower widen part of the collar is made composite, consisting of the main supporting element of rectangular cross section and parallel to it is located an auxiliary supporting element of rectangular cross section, interconnected by reinforced connecting elements, between the main, auxiliary and connecting elements there are heat-insulating inserts of materials with bulk weight of 35÷200 kg/m3. Main carrier is completely insulated with heat-insulation material with bulk weight of 35÷200 kg/m3 over the entire length. In the monolithic part of the collars on the auxiliary elements there is an outer layer of enclosing structures, made of piece materials with height equal to or slightly larger than the size of the monolithic portion of the collar, which serves as a formwork system for joint grouting of the collar, as well as for joint grouting of all components and parts of the frame and the floor of the building.
EFFECT: reduction of heat losses through the main carrier element of the collar while maintaining reduction in labor costs and material costs.
