FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used to create halls for cultural events, suitable for transformation into sports halls. Hall for cultural events is pre-divided by passages into non-transformable and transformable sections, wherein the number of seats in the latter both in length and width provides their complete coverage with complementary elements, which transform stepped rows of seats on each transformable section into a honeycomb structural base for horizontal surfaces of sports grounds, whose dimensions are set by rules of a certain kind of sport.
EFFECT: fast transformation of the hall.
