FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of reinforced concrete piles in soil during construction of bases and foundations for various buildings and structures regardless of their purpose. Continuous hollow die for installation of cast-in-place piles by indentation method consists of strong hollow body, tremie pipe and tight valve. Strong hollow body of the die is a metal structure consisting of a shaper providing the final dimensions of the future pile: length and cross-section, which takes up all loads and effects from both installations, through which the die is immersed, and soil resistance arising during its immersion. Die tremie pipe has an outlet in the lateral surface of die with 180° reversible elbow, to which rubber sleeves from the concrete pump are attached, note here that outlet of tremie pipe from die in its head is made at lowering, which is equal to distance required to provide unobstructed gripping of die by mechanical clamps of vibratory pile driver at reinforced places in die head. Tight valve located in the die tip, excluding the ingress of soil and water into the concrete conduit during the die immersion, opens when the die is removed, providing the supply of the concrete mixture into the die-fixed well.

EFFECT: providing high efficiency, reducing material consumption, reducing labor intensity in comparison with existing analogues of the device of cast-in-place piles.
