PROCESS OF PLACING CONCRETE INTO CAST-IN-PLACE PILES AND INSTALLATION FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: manufacture of drill poles of small and large diameters for civil and bridge construction employing functional method "wall in ground", erection of moorage walls and underwater reinforced concrete blocks of water-development works. SUBSTANCE: installation for placing concrete into cast-in-place piles has drilling transport facility 1, drilling working element 2, mechanism 3 to drive in and remove tubes 3, sectional casing 4, sectional concrete casting tube 5, accumulating hopper 6, concrete pump tube 7, hoisting mechanism 8, mast 9 of drilling transport facility, hydraulic conductor-pile cap 10, depth hydraulic vibration exciter 11, hollow vibration exciter 12, stamping steel flat fins 13, thinning steel flat fins 14, pump set 15, hydraulic hoses 16, dimensional clamps 17, hoses of motors of vibration exciter 18. Specific feature of process consists in formation of holes, feed of concrete mixture through concrete casting tube, formation of pile over entire area and height with movement of concrete casting tube and compaction of concrete mixture by vibrations. Hole is filled with concrete mixture preferably to value of cycle movement of concrete casting tube, then concrete casting tube together with vibration exciter and vibration compactor is lifted upwards by vibration under mode of "vibration stamping" compacting concrete mixture. When vibration compactor comes to upper level of concrete mixture movement of concrete casting tube is stopped and final compaction of laid part of concrete mixture is conducted.
