SUBSTANCE: method for increasing content of calcium, potassium, magnesium, sodium, phosphorus, cobalt, iron, copper, iodine, manganese, selenium and zinc in broiler chicken meat is characterized by that to broiler chickens from 7 days of age, a fodder additive in the form of "Lactobifadolum Forte" is added in dosage of 0.7 g/kg of fodder, as well as iron glycinate in dosage of 200 mg/kg of fodder, copper glycinate in dosage of 10 mg/kg of fodder and manganese glycinate in dosage of 270 mg/kg for 35 days.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase concentration of macroelements and essential microelements in bird body.
