SUBSTANCE: food preparation device according to an example of implementation of the present invention includes a top plate covering an inner container, and a steam outlet structure including a support including a steam outlet channel connected to the inside of the inner vessel, movable element located on the support to surround at least a portion of the side surface of the support, and configured to move in a first direction, which is perpendicular to a direction in which the upper surface of the upper plate passes, steam blocking element located in the steam outlet channel by means of the movable element section and made with possibility of opening/closing the steam outlet channel on the basis of the steam blocking element movement in the first direction, and a resilient member configured to apply an elastic force to the steam blocking element based on the movement of the movable element in a first direction.
