FIELD: geotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to geotechnology, in particular, to methods of field research of geotechnological parameters of ores for evaluation of possibility of minerals development by borehole underground leaching at deposits of infiltration type. Method for field study of geotechnological properties of ores includes construction of a test cell consisting of process wells – pumping and injection and observation wells, injection of leaching solutions and pumping out of productive solutions, sampling of solutions and determination of geotechnological properties of ores based on these samples. Wells in the test cell are constructed based on the productivity of the ore-bearing formation for each graduation of productivity of the formation, which is multiple of 5. Sampling of solutions is carried out from observation wells before injection of leaching solutions for determination of redox potential and pH of solutions, and determination of uranium content in solution. Before sampling, the test cell is acidified by simultaneous supply of various oxidants to the formation, time of supply of which is controlled by values of oxidation-reduction potentials of solutions in observation wells. Sulfuric acid solutions with concentration of 10–15 g/l are used as leaching solutions. Distances between pumping and injection wells in test cell are determined by geotechnological palette. Oxidants used are hydrogen peroxide, tartaric acid, sodium nitrite and manganese dioxide.
EFFECT: obtaining geotechnological parameters which enable to develop blocks with different productivity of the formation simultaneously and selection of an effective oxidant for ore in given natural conditions.
