SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the extraction of minerals other than hydrocarbons by dissolution, for example, using an alkaline or acidic leaching agent, and in particular to the extraction of uranium by the method of sulfuric acid borehole underground leaching (BUL). A method for managing groundwater resources for uranium mining by underground leaching from poorly watered ore deposits under the control of a digital hydrodynamic model of a uranium deposit includes: identification of well and insufficiently watered ore deposits and their sites; determination of the order of mining by the BUL method, first of well-watered ore deposits, and then of poorly watered ore deposits or their sections; assessment of the resources of residual sulfuric acid solutions in well-watered areas of ore deposits used by the BUL method, necessary for flooding of poorly watered ore deposits or their sections, providing the performance of operational cells of more than 4 m3/h; quantitative assessment of recycling of residual sulfuric acid and uranium oxidizer Fe(III); assessment of the scale of rehabilitation of the spent section of the deposit or the deposit as a whole, used for flooding of poorly watered deposits or their sections.

EFFECT: creation of a method that makes it possible to involve poorly watered uranium ore deposits or their sections under the control of a digital hydrodynamic model in the development using the BUL method.
