FIELD: spraying units.
SUBSTANCE: sprayer assembly includes: a liquid-conducting element configured to absorb a sprayable medium and provided with at least two mounting positions; a heating assembly sewn to the fluid conducting element; and electrodes including at least two conductive electrodes located in installation positions and electrically connected to the heating assembly, in order to enable the heating assembly to heat and spray the sprayable medium on the liquid-conducting element when electricity is supplied to it. Conductive electrode is fixed in installation position by means of assembly so that dry burning caused by disengagement of heating assembly and fluid-conducting element is excluded due to the fact that the conductive electrode is subjected to mechanical stress to pull the heating assembly during the assembly process, good conductivity can be ensured by sewing on the heating assembly, providing the convenience of the conductive electrode installation, and the contact area between the electrode and the outer side is improved, which leads to good conductivity.
EFFECT: providing convenience and efficiency of the manufacturing method, high coefficient of material utilization, facilitation of automated production and output of finished products.
