SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses a spraying device, a spraying unit and a method of making the spraying unit. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the spraying unit comprises a liquid conducting element, a heating unit and at least one electrode; wherein the liquid conducting element is flexible and is configured to absorb a sprayable medium; heating unit is attached to the liquid conducting element by means of sewing; and wherein said at least one electrode is connected to the heating unit in such a way that the heating unit heats and sprays the sprayable medium in the liquid-conducting element when electricity is applied thereto, as well as technical result is achieved by a spraying device containing such a spraying unit, and a method of manufacturing such a spraying unit.
