FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to organic chemistry and includes a compound of formula (I), a fungicidal agrochemical composition, use and a method for controlling infection with phytopathogenic fungi based thereon, as well as intermediate compounds of formulas (XIb) and (XIc). In formula (I), R1 is selected from hydrogen, halogen, methyl and methoxy; R2 is hydrogen; R3 is selected from hydrogen and halogen; R4 is C3-C7cycloalkyl or C3-C7cycloalkenyl, where said cycloalkyl or cycloalkenyl is optionally substituted with 1, 2 or 3 R5 substituents, which can be the same or different; R5 is selected from halogen, hydroxy, cyano, C1-C4alkyl, C1-C4haloalkyl, C3-C6cycloalkyl, C1-C4alkoxy, C1-C4haloalkoxy, (=NOR6), (=O); R6 is C1-C6alkyl. In formulas (XIb) and (XIc), substitutes are as defined in the claim.
EFFECT: compound of formula (I), having fungicidal activity.
