METHOD OF MOUNTING DECORATIVE RADIATOR SCREEN AND SYSTEM OF FASTENERS FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC F24D19/06 F16B2/04 

FIELD: heat engineering.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates mainly to heat engineering, namely to a method and a system of fixing a screen for radiators of heating systems, and can be used in making means of decorative lining of heating radiators. System of fasteners for mounting a decorative screen to a radiator consists of an upper bracket in the form of a letter P with two hooks, one of which has a round part, and the second one is semi-rectangular with an adjustable tab, and a lower bracket consisting of two elements – an L-shaped hook with a round hole on one side and a raised cutout for adjusting teeth of the stopper on the other and stopper with adjusting teeth and semi-oval hook with adjustable lug. Method of mounting decorative screen to radiator using disclosed fastening system, wherein the round part of the upper bracket is fixed to the radiator by snapping to the upper manifold of the radiator between the first and penultimate sections for better retention of the screen, second part holds the screen by means of an adjustable tab, wherein the upper latch has a rear portion for holding the bracket in one position so that the decorative screen covers the upper portion of the radiator; round part of the lower bracket is fixed to the radiator by snapping to the lower manifold of the radiator, and the second part retains the screen by means of an adjustable tab, wherein a stopper is inserted into the lower hook, the height of the screen is adjusted, by means of a semi-oval hook of the stopper the screen is held from below, wherein stopper adjusting tab is used to support and adjust screen thickness.

EFFECT: providing reliable compact simple and convenient fixation of radiator screen with high decorative properties.
