SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to methods of drying and cooling loose materials and can be used in agriculture, food industry and bakery products. Method of unloading grain with high moisture content in a dense layer, which consists in the fact that the grain is blown with a drying agent, the lower part of the layer of grain not dried to the standard moisture content is unloaded, is directed into an unloading conveyor placed in a pipeline consisting of separate sections of pipes with an inclined auger of the unloading conveyor towards the grain supply to the bucket elevator, unloading conveyor auger rotary tubular shaft is made in the form of a hollow pipe with holes at the auger hollow porous turns attachment points, wherein one end of the tubular shaft is arranged with possibility of rotation on the external support post of the pipeline housing, and other end has connection with reversible electric drive, and both ends are plugged, wherein one end along circumference of tubular shaft has holes, and in the place of their location to the tubular shaft the annular coupling sliding along the shaft is pressed, coupling is connected to a hot compressed air blower in the form of a supply fan from a heat carrier source placed in a room with a housing of a rotating drying chamber with a dense layer of grain, wherein underdried grain comes from a rotating chamber, wherein the specific supply of hot compressed air is determined by a control valve on the air tube line, in addition, on the inner surface of the pipeline housing towards the support post, an annular branch pipe is made, which is attached by the end surface to the pipeline housing coaxially with the seal and the shaft towards the annular sliding coupling on the tubular shaft, wherein part of hollow porous screw turns on tubular shaft is arranged in annular branch pipe. Also disclosed is a second embodiment of the unloading method.

EFFECT: inventions shall reduce power consumption, increase efficiency and reliability of grain unloading.
