SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Disclosed is a method for drying grains of high moisture content in a dense layer, according to which grain is blown with hot air, an undersized lower part of the grain layer is unloaded, and then frozen and cooled.
EFFECT: invention provides high efficiency of grain drying with high humidity.
