FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying equipment, in particular to automatic control of drying process. Apparatus for determining the value of heat transfer coefficients and mass transfer during drying of phosphogypsum by hot return comprises a heating chamber, which includes a sealed casing with a lining, heaters, a muffle and a cover. Is equipped with a test object fixed on the movement mechanism by its own fixation device, and made in the form of a fragment of a spherical agglomerate, a first temperature sensor located inside the centre of the test object, a second temperature sensor located inside the test object near its surface, electromechanical device for fixation of test object movement mechanism, electromechanical drive of gate valve, measuring cup located inside cooling chamber, installed on automatic electronic scales and filled with wet phosphogypsum, measuring and controlling device, a third temperature sensor located in the measuring cup above the wet phosphogypsum surface, fourth temperature sensor located in the measuring cup on the surface of wet phosphogypsum and a fifth temperature sensor located in the measuring cup below the wet phosphogypsum surface, wherein outputs of sensors are connected to inputs of measuring-control device, output of electronic scales is connected to sixth input of measuring-control device, outputs of the measuring and control device are connected to the electromechanical drive of the gate valve and to the input of the fixing device of the test object movement mechanism.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the accuracy of controlling the change in the mass of phosphogypsum during its hot return drying.
