SUBSTANCE: result is achieved due to execution of subset of commands by monofunctional units of actuating device and obtaining results of values of operands for subsequent commands; transmitting by the actuator the results of executing the instructions for duplicating the values of the operands to the operand commutator, recording into the data memory cells and transmitting, by the commutator, commands to the following instructions, which use these results as the value of the first or second operand, containing the field of the value of the obtained result, the field of two numbers of commands using the given value as the operand, and two fields of indicators, which determine the nature of using the value in question as the first operand and/or the second operand; and execution by monofunctional units of actuator of subset of commands and obtaining result of parallel program execution with time parameterisation and transmission of result for recording in data memory.

EFFECT: faster processing of digital data by processors with data flow control.
