For the most part, the training equipment is intended for practicing strikes with unprotected extremities without using gloves or protective shields. Training equipment is made in the form of a shell suspended on a suspended fastener on fixed supports, wherein it is equipped with an upper and lower shaped frame of the shell and a shell tensioner, shell is a sheet rubber and/or a woven fabric made from strong synthetic fibres, and/or a rubber-fabric fabric, upper shaped frame is installed in the upper bend of the shell and is fixed on the suspended fastener, and the lower shaped frame is installed in the lower bend of the shell and is connected to the shell tensioner.
