SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sports, namely to training apparatus, and is intended for practicing various punches and kicks in boxing, in mixed martial arts, in karate and other types of combat sports. Device for training strikes, for the most part, is intended for practicing strikes with unprotected extremities without using gloves or protective shields. Impact training device comprises a support element in the form of brackets, which are fixed on a vertical surface, with two impact receivers installed on it with a gap between them and with a vertical surface, wherein it is equipped with two crossbars and at least two tensioners of impact receivers in the form of loads or turnbuckles, the external impact receiver is at least one narrow woven fabric, and the internal impact receiver is represented by a wide woven fabric, equal to or greater than the total width of the narrow woven fabrics made from strong polymer fibre, narrow woven fabrics of the external impact receiver and the wide woven fabric of the internal impact receiver are fixed by their upper parts on the crossbars installed on the support element, wherein impact receivers tensioners are fitted on lower parts of impact receivers.
