FIELD: electronics; measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial electronics, automation and information-measuring equipment and can be used to measure resistance of remote objects. Device includes a measured resistor, two current connecting wires, a reference resistor, wherein the measured resistor is connected by two current connecting wires. Device is additionally equipped with upper and lower branches, third potential connecting wire, three-pin connector, two reference resistors, voltage generator, three pairs of voltage repeaters, three differential amplifiers, three adders, multiplier with multiplication factor minus 2, measurement data collection and processing unit, wherein the three-pin connector is connected to the first arm of the upper branch by the extreme pins, and the reference resistor is connected to the second arm of this branch, and both arms of the lower branch are connected to two reference resistors, wherein two first voltage repeaters are connected by their inputs to the first arm of the upper branch and by their outputs to inputs of the first differential amplifier, the output of which is connected to the first input of the first adder. Two second voltage repeaters are connected by inputs to the first arm of the lower branch, and by their outputs to inputs of the second differential amplifier, output of which is connected to the first input of the third differential amplifier, the second inputs of the first two adders are connected to the output of the voltage generator, outputs of the first adder are connected to the upper branch, and the outputs of the second adder to the lower branch, wherein the two current connecting wires are connected by one ends to the extreme pins of the connector, and third potential connecting wire is connected by one end with lower current connecting wire and with resistor, and the other with the middle pin of the connector, one of the third pair of voltage repeaters is connected by the input to the upper pin of the connector, and by the output to the first input of the third adder. Wherein the other, from the third pair of voltage repeaters, is connected to the middle pin of the connector, and by the output to the input of the multiplier, the output of which is connected to the second input of the third adder, output of which is connected to the second input of the third differential amplifier, the output of which is connected to the input of the measurement data collection and processing unit, and its output is connected to the reference resistor of the first arm of the lower branch.

EFFECT: faster operation of the device, accuracy and reliability of remote measurement of resistance, as well as broader functional capabilities and applications thereof.
