SUBSTANCE: described is a test system for determining the titre of antibodies against structural proteins of the A/Tanzania/2013 strain of the foot-and-mouth disease virus using a liquid-phase enzyme immunoassay.

EFFECT: technical result consists in the development of a modern, specific against structural proteins of the A/Tanzania/2013 strain of the A/AFRICA/G-I genotype and a sensitive test system, intended for determination of antibody titre against structural proteins of specified strain of foot-and-mouth disease virus by method of liquid-phase blocking indirect "sandwich"-variant of ELISA on the basis of application of inactivated virus of foot-and-mouth disease of A/Tanzania/2013 strain of genotype A/AFRICA/G-I and during production of immunospecific reaction components.
