FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for removal of asphaltene and paraffin deposits in oil well tubing and oil and gas wells. Method consists in the fact that for removal of asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits in production well a suspension of aerobic hydrocarbon-oxidising microorganisms in an aqueous solution of nutrients is introduced into the annular space of the production well, this suspension is circulated by connecting the flow line of the well pump to the annular space of the well and switching on the well pump, wherein to maintain the life cycle of bacteria and saturation of the liquid flow with oxygen through a pump connected to the sampler at the mouth, air is pulsed into the production well, which creates fluid column oscillations and vibration in downhole equipment.

EFFECT: invention provides removal of asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits in tubing string and in annular space of production oil well during its operation.
