FIELD: oil producing industry, in particular, methods of control of paraffin accumulations in oil field equipment and in bottom-hole formation zone. SUBSTANCE: method includes introduction into annular space of producing well of suspension of aerobic hydrocarbon-oxidizing microorganisms in aqueous solution of nutrient media. Solid paraffins are disintegrated. For this purpose, suspension is circulated in well by connecting downhole pump discharge line with annular space and engagement of downhole pump. Prior to introduction of the suspension to annular space air inleakage to annular space is effected by reducing the fluid level in it from static to dynamic one. In case of contamination of bottom-hole formation zone, suspension is forced into formation. Introduced into suspension may be nonionic surfactants of the type of oxyethylated isononylphenols in the amount of up to 2 wt. %. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl
