SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for cementing casing strings. Device comprises a shoe assembly, drill pipes with connecting adapters and a bypass plug. Device additionally contains a detachable flange rigidly connected to the mounting sub installed in the upper part of casing pipe 4 at the wellhead. Besides, it comprises suspended plug and drill pipe hanger. Suspended plug is made in the form of a branch pipe with sections fixed on it, separated by dividers, and is located in the casing. Casing is connected by means of shear pins to the connecting sub of the drill pipe. Suspended plug is connected to the sub by means of pins. Shoe assembly includes a direction with holes for cement mortar outlet, two check valves located above the direction, and a stop ring installed between the ends of adjacent casing pipes located above two check valves. Device is designed as detachable and comprises a housing consisting of a sub, a casing, a housing cover with a sealing assembly. Device also has a branch pipe for monitoring the annular space and washing out cement residues. Device also has a bearing assembly. Device also has adapters. In the upper sub there is a cementing head made in the form of a branch pipe. Inside the branch pipe there is a bypass plug. Bearing assembly is connected to the drill pipe by means of a sub and to the cementing head by a sub.

EFFECT: possibility to rotate and reciprocate the casing and drill pipe string, to control the cementing process, direct and back flushing, to seal and control the annular space, to exclude the sticking of the drilling tool and the need to use the adjusting branch pipes.
