FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of oil and gas wells, namely to devices for lowering, fastening and cementing of back-to-back columns and shanks in side shafts of multi-hole wells. Device for lowering suspension and cementing of shank in well includes disconnecting adapter with locking thread for drilling pipes, connected by means of left connecting trapezoidal thread with guide funnel. Note here that hollow tube is arranged in device case while profile pipe is arranged between top and bottom end adapters to make hydro-chamber composed of annular cavity between hollow tube and inner surface of shaped tube. Lower part of the annular cavity is sealed with sealing cuffs. At end of hollow pipe there installed is fixation unit of suspended cementing plug including lower coupling with suspended cementing plug fixed on it by means of shear screws. Plug fixing unit enters the inner cavity of the liner branch pipe, which is connected to the lower end adapter from the upper side, and to the lower end - to the shank end. Upper end of hollow tube is rigidly fixed inside disconnecting sub, and lower end of pipe is fixed with lower end of shaped pipe by means of left threaded connection with possibility of redistribution of straining loads occurring in process of lowering or lifting of shank, from the shaped pipe to the hollow tube and its threaded connection to reduce the effect on the profile pipe. On the hollow tube body there is a locking unit which forms a communication channel between the in-pipe space of the hollow tube and the hydro-chamber. At that, the shutoff unit includes a piston shut off said channel, fixed by shear elements with possibility of movement and opening the communication channel through the holes in the shut-off assembly housing when excessive in-pipe pressure is created by cutting the piston-retaining elements and displacing the piston.

EFFECT: technical result is to improve the reliability of the device.
