SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutics and medicine, specifically to a kit for preparing an injection solution having anticancer activity, consisting of 5% glucose solution for injections and powder of active pharmaceutical substance in form of molecular inclusion complex in β-cyclodextrin by type "guest:host" in molar ratio of 1:1 chelate complex compound of manganese (II) with flavonoid of natural origin (+)-dihydroquercetin of general formula Met:L with stoichiometric ratio of 1:1 with content of Mn2+ ions 14%, where Met is manganese (II), L is deprotonated (+)-dihydroquercetin.

EFFECT: provided anti-tumour activity of injection solution prepared from powder.
