FIELD: heat power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat power engineering, to the field of heat pump units and is intended for generation of heat energy and for cold supply. Heat transformer comprises evaporator, compressor, absorber, pump, steam generator, condenser and temperature control valve connected in series. Between absorber and steam generator there is a temperature control valve. A shut-off valve is installed between the evaporator and the compressor, a shut-off valve is installed between the compressor and the absorber, as well as a shut-off valve is installed between the evaporator and the absorber. Compressor is connected in series with shut-off valve, vortex tube and condenser. Steam generator is connected in series with shut-off valve, condenser and temperature control valve. An upstream heat exchanger is connected to the condenser. Steam generator is also connected with shut-off valve and vortex tube. Compressor is connected in series with shut-off valve and condenser.

EFFECT: providing a high coefficient of thermal energy conversion provided that the heat transformer operates in various circuits of its connection, using low-potential energy sources and supplying heat to a consumer with a wide temperature range.
