FIELD: refrigeration engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to refrigeration engineering, namely to absorption refrigeration machines with a small cooling capacity from 8 to 16 kW, which operates with a LiBr / CH3OH working solution at negative operating temperatures in the evaporator of the order of -5°C…-12°C. The low-temperature absorption refrigerating machine contains a generator, a condenser, an absorber and an evaporator interconnected by a hydrodynamic amplifier, a heat exchanger, pumps for pumping solutions. The internal cavity of the housing is divided by heat-insulating partitions into several sections with different operating temperatures. The partition between the generator and the condenser is partially made in the form of a louvered droplet separator. In the lower part of the absorber section, under the heat exchanger, there is a receiver for a cooled strong solution. The refrigerating machine additionally contains a refrigerant buffer tank, which is connected by a refrigerant pump to the evaporator and condenser. The buffer tank is equipped with shut-off and electromagnetic automatic valves for metered supply of the refrigerant to the absorber or condenser. The diffuser of the hydrodynamic amplifier is equipped with a cooling coil, and the tube bundles of the absorber, generator, evaporator and condenser are rectangular or square.
EFFECT: improving the reliability and performance of the refrigeration machine and providing protection against crystallization of the solution during emergency or scheduled shutdowns.
