FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing 4,5-disubstituted-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiones, compounds of general formula I, where R1 denotes an aryl group of general formula XnC6H5-n, where X, identical or different, denotes a hydrogen or halogen atom, an alkyl group with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, an alkyloxy group with 1 to 4 carbon atoms; heteryl group selected from the group: pyridyl, quinolinyl, pyrazolyl, or a heterylalkyl group selected from the group: 1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl, benzimidazol-1-ylmethyl, and R2 denotes a hydrogen atom, an amino group, an alkyl group with 1 to 10 carbon atoms, an aryl group of general formula XnC6H5-n, where X, identical or different, denote a hydrogen or halogen atom, an alkyl group with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, an alkyloxy group with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, an arylalkyl group of general formula XnC6H5-n(CH2)m, where X, identical or different, denote a hydrogen or halogen atom, an alkyl group with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkyloxy group with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, aminoalkyl group of general formula NH2(CH2)m, benzoylamino group of general formula (XnC6H5-n)C(O)NH, where X, identical or different, denotes a hydrogen or halogen atom, an alkyl group with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, an alkyloxy group with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, n denotes integer from 0 to 5, m denotes integer from 1 to 4, , consisting in fact that 5-substituted-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-thiones of general formula VIII are reacted with amines IX and heated at temperature from 65 to 175°C in polar proton solvents, .
EFFECT: novel method of producing 4,5-disubstituted-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiones, which is more convenient, faster and has higher output of up to 98%.
