SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of information transmission systems over a radio channel and can be used in designing radio link synchronization systems operating with OFDM (orthogonal frequency division multiplexing) signals. Result is achieved by implementing a correlation function using complex conjugated halves of the effective part of the OFDM symbol, which are symmetric about the central reference, having the form of a delta function.
EFFECT: high accuracy of time synchronization of receiving an OFDM symbol.
