SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of physical protection of important military and state facilities, namely to a method of monitoring and controlling access to a secure facility with flexible user authentication. In the method, images of identifiers are introduced into existing authentication mechanisms of users of access control systems of cryptographic protection by calculating hash functions for each image of identifiers and for each mode of operation of the system as a whole, as well as for each possible set of identifiers. In addition, the storage of identifier images on the database server is carried out in the form of a hash function table. During the authentication procedure hash functions are calculated for each image, and then a common hash function for the entire set, which is compared with hash functions stored in a table on the database server.

EFFECT: providing logical flexibility of presenting identifiers depending on conditions and tasks to be solved and security of images of the presented identifiers.
