FIELD: vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hinged joints of links of flexible caterpillar chains. Link connects the tracks of the caterpillar chain intended for installation around the outer periphery of the vehicle tires. Link includes four elongated bodies connected to each other to form a closed circuit. Each elongated body is made with possibility of connection with tracks of caterpillar chain. To repair the caterpillar chain, at least two said links are turned by 90°.
EFFECT: increased service life and repair of the caterpillar chain with less labour costs.
