SUBSTANCE: invention relates to military medical evacuation means. System of emergency evacuation and transportation of injured and cargo includes asynchronous electric motor, first and second drums, sledge. Motor is connected to reduction gear via shaft. At the end of the shaft there is a first drum connected to the second drum through a nylon cable. Plastic sledge is hooked to the cable by means of a fastening system. Sledge is made with possibility of reversible movement and is equipped with devices for fixation of loads and injured persons.

EFFECT: faster evacuation and transportation of the injured and cargoes from the line and to the line of combat collision.
