FIELD: rail vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, specifically to the design of transport equipment intended for drilling wells in rocky soils for supports of the contact network of electrified railways, for installation of supports of contact system and power transmission line, performance of loading and unloading operations. Complex for drilling wells in rocks contains two permanently coupled technological and power railway platforms, wherein said technological platform comprises hydraulic manipulator with pneumatic hammer, cabin with controls, diesel generator, while power platform comprises crane-manipulator and compressor units. Hydraulic manipulator is located in the front part of the technological platform, the control cabin is located in the back part of the technological platform, wherein the control cabin includes the hydraulic manipulator operation and the technological platform bogie drive simultaneously, wherein cabin front is inclined from vertical plane. Diesel generator is located in the rear part of the technological platform in the zone of abutment to the rear wall of the complex control cabin. Pneumatic hammer includes adapter flange for pile attachment and hydraulic motor providing rotation of drill during operation of pneumatic hammer and rotation of pile at its penetration into rock. Power platform includes two compressor units installed in the centre and rear part of the power platform, and a cradle for servicing electric networks, which is adjacent to the front part of the compressor unit. Power platform comprises a useful area located between a crane-manipulator installed in the front part of the power platform, and a cradle for servicing electric networks, as well as useful area located in space between compressor units and side, end enclosures for placement of cargoes and equipment on power platform flooring.
EFFECT: increasing specific efficiency of the complex for drilling wells in rock.
