SUBSTANCE: invention involves horizontal section performing the function of transport pipe and consisting of welded pipe joints. Horizontal direction ends with downward bending and is borne against cylinder pile introduced into bottom ground at the hole mouth, equipped in upper part with starting-working infrastructure, and in lower part - with the knife equipped with air nozzles. Cavity of cylinder pile is equipped with the pipes in which independent underground shells (IUS) intended for hole-making are arranged. IUS is made in the form of independent reusable underground missile and has the following systems: of accurate positioning of the well bore, diagnostic of rock condition, fixing of the well walls and lifting of liquid hydrocarbons.

EFFECT: possibility of minimising the cost for development and operation of deposits in hard-to-reach areas.
