FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: organo-mineral fertilizer contains poultry droppings, mineral moisture-absorbing components and active components. Diatomite and gypsum are used as moisture-absorbing mineral components, and as active components phosphorite flour and ammonium sulphate are used at the following ratio of components in wt.%: bird droppings—25–30; phosphate rock 25–30; ammonium sulphate 25–30; diatomite 7–10; gypsum 7–10. Method involves mechanical mixing of initial ingredients with active ingredients and their granulation. Raw material used is bird droppings with moisture content of 40–50% and diatomite, pre-crushed to particle size of less than 1 mm, optimally 0.1–0.3 mm, mixed with intensive mixing with addition of gypsum and active components to moisture content of 20–25%. Obtained mixture is granulated and subjected to dehydration to moisture content of 10–14 wt.%, wherein phosphorite flour and ammonium sulphate are used in fractions of 0.1–0.3 mm, and granules are formed with diameter of 3–5 mm. Non-activated diatomite with particle size less than 2 mm is introduced, and screenings from production of high-quality diatomite are used for introduction.
EFFECT: inventions provide higher crop capacity.
