FIELD: fertilizer industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of production of fertilizers and agricultural products. A method for obtaining an organomineral fertilizer containing glauconite-containing tails of phosphorite benefication, ground sulfur for agriculture, dispersed lowland peat of a high degree of decomposition and water, consisting in sifting, moisture conditioning and crushing peat up to 1-2 mm, glauconite-containing tailings of phosphorite benefication up to 0.01-0.1 mm and sulfur up to 0.01-0.1 mm dispersion, preparation of a mixture of sulfur, peat and water in the dissolver. The resulting suspension is pumped by a screw pump into a rotary pulse device or a static flow cavitator or a wet-grinding hydraulic shock unit for dispersing the components to a homogeneous stable paste with the production of sulfur particles in the paste with a size not exceeding 0.005-0.01 mm. Gray-peat paste is mixed with glauconite-containing tailings of phosphorite benefication in a two-shaft mixer. The resulting mixture of components is fed by a two-screw feeder to a press granulator to produce granules with a diameter of 5 mm and a height of 5 mm. The granules are fed by a belt conveyor to a drum countercurrent refrigerator for cooling with external air up to 30-35°C and additional rolling. Granulated organomineral fertilizer is packed in bags or soft containers.

EFFECT: production of a natural complex organomineral fertilizer of prolonged action to compensate for the deficiency of the main elements of mineral nutrition of plants and humus in soils, as well as to activate soil nitrogen-fixing microorganisms that contribute to the accumulation of bound forms of nitrogen in soil systems.
