FIELD: fish farming.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fish farming, in particular, to production of fodders for trout. Product fodder for trout is granules, which include fish meal, soya bean meal, fish protein hydrolysate, wheat, ecoprotein from Black soldier fly, maize flour, meat-and-bone meal, gammarus screenings, blood meal, fodder yeast, fish oil in the following ratio of components (wt.): fish meal 30%, soya bean meal 25%, fish protein hydrolysate 15%, wheat 10%, ecoprotein from Black soldier fly 5%, maize flour 5%, meat-and-bone meal 5%, gammarus screenings 2%, blood meal 2%, fodder yeast 1%, with vacuum spraying on fresh fodder granules with fish oil in amount of 2 l/10 kg of the ready fodder produced by the extrusion method.

EFFECT: increased digestibility of balanced on amino acid composition of fodder for trout, increased strength of particles and reduced crumbling when staying in water.
