SUBSTANCE: method is characterized by that wheat is milled into particle size of 0.8–1.0 mm, sieved, mixed with the rest components, mixed until homogeneous, to produce a mixture, moistened to 22–26 %, held for 2 hours in a hopper for levelling of moisture throughout the volume. Then, the mixture is treated in a screw extruder at a product temperature in front of matrix of 440–460 K, screw rotation frequency of 5–7 s^-1 and pressure in the pre-matrix zone of extruder of 7–9 MPa. Obtained granules are dried to moisture content of 6–8 %, sieved, fat-and-vitamins - fish oil and phosphatides - are applied by vacuum spraying, cooled to ambient temperature and packaged. Mixture is prepared at certain ratios of components.

EFFECT: invention allows expanding the range of extruded nutritional balanced feedstuffs.
