FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: in the method of feeding a chemical reagent into a well for cleaning it from deposits output of capillary tube is arranged at input of electric heater, output of electric heater is connected by means of process pipes to inlet of pump, process pipes are installed between electric heater and pump before lowering into well. Length of process pipes is selected not less than length providing complete mixing and reaction of chemical reagent with magnesium salts Mg, calcium Ca, barium Ba of well production at selected pump capacity. After starting the pump, which lifts the well product to the surface, signals from control means perform preheating to temperature of 30–40 °C the chemical reagent in the capillary tube by means of a heating cable surrounding the capillary tube, or heating devices in the dosing unit at the wellhead and supply of the preheated chemical reagent to the extracted product of the well – oil at the inlet of the electric heater. In the electric heater, a mixture of oil and a chemical reagent is heated to a temperature higher than 60 °C, but not more than 90 °C.
EFFECT: increasing dissolution efficiency of magnesium Mg, calcium Ca, barium Ba salts in well product.
