FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for illumination and visualization of images of internal cavities and hard-to-reach surfaces of various technical objects. Rolling inspection mirror with remote control of inclination angles comprises a movable carriage with a tilting spherical mirror fixed on it, LED illumination panel mounted on the carriage, power sources mounted in the illuminator, four rotary wheels mounted on the carriage, and a folding bar connected to it. Rolling inspection mirror is additionally equipped with a mechanism for remote control of the angles of the mirror, which includes a joystick installed in the ball support of the bar handle and in contact with the pushers from the front and back, and from sides – through protrusions with installed in guide rollers, made integral with gear wheels engaged with fixed toothed racks, wherein front pusher is composed of toothed rack engaged via intermediate gear wheel with toothed rack, four cables connected by one end: first – with toothed rack, second – with rear pusher, third and fourth – with rollers in contact with joystick, and the second ends of the cables are connected to return springs and cams installed in the carriage, wherein the rear surface of the mirror is pressed to the cams by the mounting springs.
EFFECT: improved quality of vehicle bottom inspection and reduced duration of its performance.
