FIELD: mechanical assembly production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical assembly production and can be used for assembly of shaft-sleeve parts with interference fit. Device comprises a fixed base on which a support with a mechanism for installation and axial movement of the shaft of the assembled joint and a power hydraulic cylinder are placed coaxially towards each other. Fixed housing of the cylinder is open on the side of the support, and on the other side it is closed by a cover with a rod fixed on it. Cylinder piston is made with possibility of axial movement relative to rod and housing. Inner surface of the bushing of the assembled connection and the rod can form an inner cavity which is connected through the inlet valve to the working cavity of the cylinder, and through the outlet valve to the drain. At that, support is made with possibility of changing position and fixation on fixed base and is equipped with quill connected with mechanism of axial movement. Shaft of the assembled joint is installed in the hole of the quill through a replaceable adapter sleeve, and in the cylinder body on its open side there is a replaceable lodgement fixed on the end of the piston and having a blind cylindrical bore with an internal collar for installation of the bushing of the assembled connection. On the outer surface of the lodgement there is a collar to rest against the end of the bore of the cylinder housing when the piston is installed in the initial position.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to expand technological capabilities of the device.
